File checking for IEEE Xplore compliance

All papers submitted to ISNCC should be IEEEXplore compatible. Therefore, the authors should convert their source file to PDF or check their PDF file using IEEE PDF eXpress, a freely available resource at IEEE. ISNCC 2010 has been registered for the use of IEEE PDF eXpress by all the authors of ISNCC 2010 papers. The instruction how to use IEEE PDF eXpress is presented on the website Using IEEE PDF eXpress. Conference ID for ISNCC 2010 is: isncc10x

Submission the paper outline and the full paper

The paper outlines and full papers may only be sent by electronic means. Therefore, after successful generation or check of IEEEXplore compatible PDF, file the paper should be uploaded to the conference site (PDF and MS Word version). Papers can be uploaded using the option Status of Submit in the main menu, having completed Registration first. Authors of several papers should upload each paper individually using the appropriate ID number assigned during the registration. The file with the paper should be named: ID[ID].pdf – e.g., ID23.pdf.

The size of the uploaded file should not exceed 2 MB.

The paper outlines may be modified up to February 28, 2010 and the full papers up to May 5, 2010. The conference database will be updated with the last modification.
